🇬🇧 BREXIT UPDATE – Windsor Framework
We are based in Northern Ireland. Under the Windsor Framework:
- No new checks on goods between Northern Ireland (NI) and the Republic of Ireland (ROI).
- Northern Ireland remains in the EU’s single market for goods.
- Goods move freely between NI, ROI, and the EU without customs checks or tariffs.
💰 Tax & VAT
Why do you charge VAT?
VAT is required by law in the UK and Europe. It applies to all products and services, including shipping.
Why are some prices shown excluding VAT?
We ship worldwide. Customers outside the EU may not pay UK VAT but could be responsible for local import taxes or duties when the parcel arrives in their country.
Can I buy VAT-free using a VAT number?
- EU customers: Yes. Please provide a valid VAT number and ensure the delivery address matches the VAT registration.
- UK customers: VAT must be paid at checkout and can be reclaimed using the invoice we provide.
💳 Orders & Payments
How can I pay?
You can pay through our secure checkout using the available payment options such as credit/debit cards or PayPal. Phone payments are limited for security reasons.
Do you offer 0% finance?
We do not offer direct finance options, however PayPal Credit may be available depending on your PayPal account. Please check with the provider for full details.
Can I view prices in my local currency?
Yes. Our website allows you to view prices in your local currency. Prices are converted automatically but may fluctuate due to exchange rate changes.
Payment options for local currency
- Card payments: You can pay in your local currency using a debit or credit card.
- PayPal: PayPal payments are processed in GBP. If you prefer to pay in your local currency, please use a card payment at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us.
Remote area deliveries
Some locations (for example the Scottish Highlands) may incur additional courier charges. If this applies, we will contact you before processing the order.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection may be possible. Please contact us beforehand to confirm stock availability.
🌍 Customs & Duties
Will I have to pay customs charges?
For deliveries outside the UK and EU, import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
If customs duties are refused or unpaid and the parcel is abandoned or returned, we cannot be held responsible for the resulting costs.

How do I return an item?

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Can tuning products be returned?
Tuning products may be returned within 30 days provided they are unused and returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
Special order items
Special order or built-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Will this part fit my vehicle?
Please contact us with your vehicle’s VIN or chassis number so we can confirm compatibility.
Are items in stock?
We aim to keep stock levels accurate, but availability can change quickly. If you need confirmation before ordering, please contact us.
Carbon fibre products
All carbon fibre products are manufactured by Koshi. Production typically takes 4–8 weeks, although lead times may extend during busy periods.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation
- Check your spam or junk email folder.
- Add info@alfaromeoshop.com to your safe senders list.
- If you still cannot find it, please contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
- Changes: Orders cannot usually be amended once placed. The order may need to be cancelled and placed again.
- Cancellation: Contact us immediately on 03333 355119 or email info@alfaromeoshop.com. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
