Out of Stock / Special Order Items:
- If a lead time is NOT mentioned in the product description, please contact us for an estimated delivery date.
- Items are dispatched once stock is replenished or production is completed.
Custom Orders: Manufacturing, quality checks, location, and customs can affect shipping times.

We ship from the UK, EU, and worldwide. Delivery times depend on:

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather, natural disasters, or accidents
Customs/import holds or shipping disruptions

📮 UK Shipping – Royal Mail

Orders placed before 9:00 AM (if in stock) may ship same day.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature from the date of shipping.
Please note: This does not guarantee delivery within 24–48 hours of ordering.

🚀 UK, EU & International Shipping – DHL Express & Economy

We offer DHL Express and DHL Economy shipping options for both UK and international orders.

DHL Express: Typically 1–2 working days within the UK and 1–3 working days internationally (from date of despatch).
DHL Economy: A cost-effective option for less urgent orders. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

⏱ Transit times apply from the date of despatch, not the time the order was placed.

📦 All DHL shipments include full tracking information.

🔎 Availability note: The shipping services displayed at checkout are the only services available for your location. If a service does not appear, it is not offered for that delivery address.

For high-value or time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting DHL Express at checkout.

📮 PO Boxes, Delivery Attempts & Returns (click to expand)

PO Boxes: DHL and FedEx typically cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please use a full street address.
Delivery attempts: If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability or incorrect address, the parcel may be returned. Reshipping fees will apply.
Address accuracy: Please check your address details carefully. We are not responsible for delays or costs arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Remote areas:

Can I collect in-store?
Yes, but please call ahead to confirm stock.

🔔 Orders placed outside working hours or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.
