📦 How To Return an Item
Step 1: Contact us at info@alfaromeoshop.com to request a return authorisation.
Step 2: Once approved, complete the returns form above and include a copy inside your return package.
Step 3: Follow the instructions provided via email to send the item back to us.
📅 Return Eligibility
- Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Special order items
- Built-to-order products
⚠️ Restocking Fee
Unwanted returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original method of payment.
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item is not returned in its original condition
- The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- The return is requested outside the 30-day period
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning your item.
- If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
Tracking & Insurance:
For items valued over £75, we strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

⚠️ Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank — refunds can take time to be officially posted.
